Debbie’s career spans 16 years in both HR roles within high-pressure environments as well as a coach and consultant.  

She began her HR career at JP Morgan where she spent 11 years as a hands-on Generalist working with all levels of employees from Managing Directors to junior clerical staff.  She was also identified to work on high profile global projects.  It was here that she built her reputation as a practical Generalist with a down-to-earth manner that she combined with humour and empathy.  Debbie was then headhunted to join Nomura International where she spent two years as an HR Manager.  She built and managed her team and quickly developed and strengthened relationships with her clients.  

At Harbour HR Debbie specialises in risk awareness for employers, this includes working with a variety of companies to review and update their policies and procedures; working as a Generalist covering all aspects of Human Resources from recruitment to termination. Debbie has also been instrumental in helping set up the HR Department for two new start up companies.
