Keith is one of Harbour's UK immigration and work permit experts. Keith spent over 16 years with Ernst & Young and was central to the formation and development of that firm's work permit practice. During this time he assisted many organisations in successfully transferring their overseas nationals into the UK. He often speaks at conferences focusing on the movement of people into the UK. Before becoming involved in UK work permits Keith specialised in expatriate tax issues.

He is registered with the OISC as an immigration advisor.
