
Sandra Toppin
Sandra joined Harbour HR as a Consultant in September 2008 and works primarily with the HR and Immigration Team.
Sandra has over 10 years HR experience and previously spent 7 years at Nomura International Plc as a Human Resources Associate, covering a generalist role across the board in respect of Employee Relations, Performance Management, Maternity, Employee Reward & Benefits, HR Reporting and Administration. She maintained the integrity of HR documentation to include creating and issuing contracts of employment, referencing, managing and delivering the induction for new joiners.
Sandra is an Associate CIPD and OISC registered and as well as having extensive HR experience also has specialist knowledge on the UKBA Tier 2 Points-Based Sponsorship License and the Sponsor Management Systems.
Since joining Harbour HR Limited, Sandra has assisted over 50 clients in attaining the Sponsorship Licence with an A rating and has conducted, where necessary, HR audits to ensure that the Company is compliant with the UKBA Preventing Illegal Working regulations.
