Harbour HR can act as your representative as we are qualified to give immigration advice or services in line with Section 84 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999, by being regulated by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) - http://oisc.homeoffice.gov.uk/
We can be registered on the Sponsor Management System as your Level 1 user which will allow us to conduct, on your behalf, day-to-day sponsorship activities by using the sponsorship management system to include :
- issue certificates of sponsorship
- ask for an increase in the number of certificates of sponsorship that a sponsor can issue
- tell the Home Office of minor changes to the sponsor's details
- use the 'change of circumstances' section to ask the Home Office to record bigger changes in the sponsor's circumstances
- report migrant activity to the Home Office (for example, inform them if a migrant goes missing or does not attend their job)
- withdraw certificates of sponsorship;
